about

The name of the EP is from a time I got in the middle of a pit full of kids moshing and did jumping jacks. Some kids got really mad because I was evidently mocking their dancing skills, and just didn't understand. I narrowly avoided getting my ass kicked but still had to push those buttons, hence the title.

credits

released December 1, 2023

tracks 1 and 2 were recorded by us on Jons four track at our practice space in the fall of 1995. tracks 3 and 4 were recorded at my house by John Albrecht. We used to call him John Acid, and he absolutely hates that name. So don't call him that.

about

The Hall Monitors Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

We were three kids form the late 90s doing late 90s things. We got to play with some pretty great bands, and we really pissed off some hard core kids.
